Garden State Tree & Landscaping Service was established in October 2002 and is proudly owned by Art Kieffer. We are fortunate to have Matt Rusnock of Baker’s Nursery in Monroe, NJ to be formally partnering with us.
Baker’s Nursery was a mom-and-pop garden nursery and landscape company that had been serving the Monroe Township since 1971. Matt started working there fresh out of high school. He eventually became a partner and then the owner of the company.
Matt and his wife Karen worked the store and nursery until 2017. Because of the changing economic climate, they decided to close their company’s doors.
